  • STICK ORDERING
    Every single stick is made to order and is custom made. Since we do not carry any hockey sticks in stock, our orders take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
  • WARRANTY
    Warranty Duration: 30 day limited warranty from date of delivery. KANATA HOCKEY will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within 30 days from the date of delivery. Go to the Warranty Claim section in your profile to submit a warranty claim. Or, go to this link Warranty Claim. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. We know that sticks lead their own adventurous lives, but our warranty does have its limits. As experts, we can easily spot when a warranty is being stretched to its limits. We don’t advise intentionally snapping one. One warranty claim per purchase. Please inform us if anything unusual occurs.
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    We accept many international orders. If you have questions about shipping, please Email info@kanatahockey.com. There might be import or duty taxes charge from your country Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid upon delivery to receive your package. If these fees are not paid the order will be forfeited by the recipient and no credit will be made for the order. You should contact your local customs office for further information prior to placing an order. As these fees are not charged by Kanata Hockey Company, we are not able to refund any costs you are charged. Please note that your items may be shipped in multiple packages to you.
  • HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

  • HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
    Contact us by email info@kanatahockey.com to modify or cancel an order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. FIY: Personalization orders are non-refundable.
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    Sign in to your account by clicking the “Log in” link and then “My Orders” at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
  • MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
    Click the “Log in” link and then “My Orders” at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.
  • AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPMENT
    Click the “Log in” link and then “My Orders” at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.
